And it’s kind of crazy to act like it’s a shortcoming to be a guy who never came off the field for a historically great defense, on top of racking up 74 tackles on a defense that only allowed 10.2 ppg and forced more punts keeping every offense off the field more than any D in the country.
Bragging about the number of tackles a guy gets doesnt carry any weight.
Cine is 39th in the conference in tackles. There are dozens of safeties with more tackles in college football.
If you think im dissing him, wait until the nfl grades all players (with millions invested, they focus more on reasons not to invest the high pick than reasons to reach).

We may have rotated a ton while Cine didn’t, but it’s not like Cine was on the field for a lot of minutes either. Our entire D didn’t spend much time on the field.
Our D spent an average of 29:27 each game on the field. About a minute less than our offense per game.
It can be argued that a handful of games didnt have Cine on the field in blowouts with 6 minutes left. Or a couple of games didnt have him in the 4th quarter at all.
But i dont think you are correct in pointing out that our defense saw the field in about 29.5 minutes per game.

Not sure why you’re trying to dis the kid.
Im not dissing the kid. I think he needs to blow up the combine to get in the 2nd round. I "hope" he does it. The draft process is not sunshine and lollipops. He is going to get it much worse than my opinions in the next couple of months.
I think the kid is brilliant. And he is no doubt a playmaker. But speed and cover skills are key components to the nfl draft selection process. How many safeties were taken first round last year? How many in the top 2 rounds? What i am hoping he does is very difficult to do.
