Under the new pricing model, UGA will remain in the bottom third of total ticket costs (ticket cost plus per-seat contribution requirement) compared to SEC and Big Ten peer institutions. Per-seat contribution requirements have only changed twice since the 2005 football season, and season ticket prices have remained unchanged on a per-game basis since the 2018 season.

Parking will also be modified, with the implementation of tiered contribution requirements and a parking pass fee.
Relatively sure they conveniently ignore that the other teams have 7 home games and we almost always have 2 neutral site games fans pay for. Bet they are also building in the revenue lost by Florida going home and home or them going off our schedule all together.

They're going to do another increase in 2027 as well so buckle up.
While it absolutely sucks, I suppose we should be somewhat thankful that we've gone 6 years without. Everythign in America is on the rise nonstop so to have ticket prices remain constant for nearly a decade is something, I guess.
On another note, I've seen some message board speculation that the plan was to eventaully do a complete clean slate reset of season tickets much like they recently did for baseball and basketball. That would obviously be a shitshow of epic proportions. Some people have deduced that instead of doin that as originally planned, they're just going to massively raise costs for the premium seats and force people out so it kind of in a roundabout way accomplishes the same goal from the AD's end. Who knows if that's ture or not.
I know our ticket costs are going way up to the point that it makes me not really want to contribute, but I'm sure we still will anyway.

They've got to make hay while the sun shines.
If youre going to raise ticket prices, best to do it when you are winning championships.
I don't blame them. It's just business.

It's expensive because it's worth it.

At this point, even though I’ve been to Florida for most of 30 years, I’d rather have the home game.
Also, as a season ticket holder, don’t really enjoy paying even more for the neutral games.
Only reason I pay is for the tailgating (which they keep making harder) and time w friends.
Without that, I would save my money for the (maybe 5 game) playoffs and watch at home.
We might have less than 1/3 of our games at home this year.

It's definitely a lifestyle choice and a status symbol. If you have money, you are going to blow it somewhere. Boats, Golf, Travel Ball for Braxtynn, UGA season tickets. Everybody's got something.
