Talking like he's moving to Delaware or some shite. You're still going to be in the SE, just bring a life jacket and you should be ok.

Moving is fine. I moved to PA for a year and didn't give a shite. Ok, I lied, I gave a shite and came home because it's fricking freezing there. Only think I'll really miss is being able to go to Sanford but, shite, I can do that next year. Perhaps I phrased the post wrong.

But dude, if I miss anything about home it's Kurt's Bistro. Schwabian platter. Hellllllllll yea. Bauernwurst, Bratwurst, and a pork chop with pickled? potatoes, mustard, and sauerkraut.

What line of work?

Oh no, it's until I move along or they realize I am inept. And the classic career in sales

It's just the schedule doens't get hectic until October so I can head back to Athens on the weekends I figure. I have a streak of going to games every year since, shite, I think 2001 when my family moved back to GA. And then I still went to GA/FLA

Don't take it wrong, definitely not trying to be a dick. If it's a good opportunity then go for it, at the least it'll be a resume builder. But sales jobs are pretty easy to find, if you can sell.

Hey Spunk, smoked my 1st tri-tip this morning. Rubbed it with yellow mustard then sprinkled on garlic salt and Hot Shot, a mix of red and black pepper. Damn, that thing is good! Shredded like a butt or shoulder it was so tender. Thanks for turning me on to that cut of meat.

Welcome to music city. Where the drivers are slow and everyone thinks they're the next Taylor Swift.

I forgot to take pics before I shredded it. Probably gonna do another one next weekend for UF game. I will take pics of it. What size do you normally cook? I bought a 3 pounder cause I didn't want to spend a lot of $ and screw it up. Smoked it for 1 hour fat side down then wrapped it and put back on for another hour fat side up. It got a little too done but is still very good.

2-3 lbs. I sear them on Akorn then finish it off on webber. They're amazing and relatively cheap.

Yeah, I paid $9 for this one. It just looked a lot smaller than the ones you've shown on here. I figured you wet doing 6-8 pounders. I will never waste my money on brisket again!

Once sexting became a thing I got really good at making things look bigger than they actually are with a picture.
