No problem, Frying's just like grilling except you can kill yourself pretty easy if you don't follow the basic rules of safety

That's cool, I like living on the edge. Honestly I'll probably only use it once maybe twice a year. I'd just like to know wtf I'm doing before I have people over. I guess I should probably test it out with several small batches before I get to crazy.

Thanks

It's less trouble than you think and it's quick cooking. GET the $5 bread bowl from amazon and the 83c aluminum serving pans from the Grocery store and that dog is whipped.

Bread bowl and one pot washup... Drop a bag of sweet potato fries in first grease the hen will be washing that bowl and you will be kicked back sipping suds.

know this<

You could save it but, why if it's $4.00 a gallon at the cheap store and odds are he will burn it until he learns the process.

You can save it if you want. I just funnel it right back in the jug and drop it in the hobo and move on.

$$Peanut oil on the other hand a whole different story.

What are some guidelines for the best way to save peanut oil?

Little bit of everything, mainly Weber kick'n chicken, seasoning salt, onion powder.

Finished product.

Anybody got any big grilling plans this weekend?

Im off for the next three days so I am really looking forward to drink a whole lot of millers and spend a good bit of time sitting around the grill cooking.

I am planning on cooking some ribs, porkchops, and maybe a boston butt.
