It does, to every team. The playcalling is completely different in the redzone because you can't stretch out the defense vertically. Everyone is all packed in together around the endzone. The playcalling is totally different by necessity. You can't call a go route to clear out a safety from the 2 yard line. The defense basically has a 12th man on the field, the back of the endzone. OC's don't like calling pass plays in those situations with 22 people all running around in a tiny little box with no space to work with.

I don't have the numbers in front of me but I feel like we pass on first down a lot. So I don't understand your question. In the context of red zone offense, I think we probably avoid passing if we think we can get some push and wiggle and get it in there, which we typically do.
