How are the 10 (minus ostracized Carol) all on zoom calls but Paraguayan dog food boy is incommunicado despite his efforts to reach someone on his kenwood?
Does the cardboard he has over his windows keep him from being reached like everyone else?
Also, I think Paraguayan dog food boy will end up being Judas. Because it seems too obvious that that he’s just going to show up in albequrqhie and team up with Carol to save shite.

When Carol figures out that her eggs that she paid $100K to have frozen contain the DNA that can reverse the virus, Will injecting some egg juice into Zosia change all of the hive people back? or will it just change Zosia back?
It would be so cool to watch this Zosia character that we only know as a happy, compliant, sedated hive woman change back into whatever individual personality she was before the joining.
I guess that would happen either way though if the egg juice antidote even works or is actually a thing
It brings up another storyline too though which is that according to the John cena video, the hive is on a suicide mission. The hive will all one by one eventually die of old age or starve out.
-And of the 13 survivors that we’ve seen, the women are all shrived up post menopause and therefore unable to reproduce
-the bitchy Indian chick has a young hive son, so apparently her oven still probably works and she could reproduce to continue humanity
-but she has also clearly expressed her interest in joining the hive as soon as they figure out how, so I’m betting we’ll see her take the stem cell shot pretty soon and Join the hive

-You can go forever in a circle for eternity with no end
-and Carol’s (aka Eve’s) egg is also a Circle
-Not just by shape, but by its infinite capability of producing a human being that can then produce another human being that can then produce another human being etc etc on and on into infinity

The only radio channel broadcast any noise at all is 8613 in Paraguay.

Last episode musings
The 12 that exclude Carol are pro alien / virus even post HDP.
I thought when the guy was mocking her food and how she ate it - that he had turned alien - and then he sort of confirmed that suspicion when he told her that they just need you're stem cells to turn you but then he said he turned their offer down - which would have told a lie which he couldn't do as an alien so he's still a human which makes his behavior quite strange - especially the car interaction where he politics for the aliens to rejoin interacting with Carol- taking a position on their behalf.
My thoughts - maybe he's who they will use as a go between and eventually the person to carry out anything they need that they themselves can't do.
Paraguay guy is clearly the anti - whatever is happening person. He has no trust in the aliens - sees them as an enemy and now wants to meet Carol. Not sure what to make of him yet but he's clearly digging for something listening to the radio transmissions. I found it weird that the aliens would approach with his mother since they would know he didn't like his mother. Maybe that was meant as to be more of a threatening encounter. Not sure what to make of that.

I suspected the same, and backed off for the same reasons you did.
Something else....
"Alien Virus"
Carol used this word herself in one of the videos.
Thinking back to E1....
The aliens never sent a virus. They sent radio frequencies.
Humans turned those transmissions into a virus, and implanted into animals, lab rats, one of which got extremely aggressive and passed it on to humans via animal bite.
That's how it started.
Then the chem trails.
So it's not really an Alien Virus. It's a human created virus based on radio waves from outer space.
Paraguay guy super obsessed with radio.
How long do we have to wait for Season 2? I think there's only two episodes left in Season 1.

I had a few thoughts about this
Like you're avenue - 86-13 - IF 86 does mean get rid / kill and he's like this anti government type - He's taking this as a signal to go and murder Carol - not help her.
Other avenues - He's found the radio transmission that the aliens use to communicate - and maybe has some ideas as to how and change the aliens back - via radio
I think the former is probably the actual approach - He's going to try and kill her

We only know the back story of 1ne of the survivors. That would be Carol
Her struggles to fit into a world where she doesn’t belong are well documented. Which explains her reaction to the Joining

I wonder if we start to get flash-forwards. The episode name is The Gap. That what separates South America and Central America, The Darien Gap. Wikipedia says it has no roads, not even primitive roads. But from Paraguay, it's over 2000 miles just to get to the southern edge of the gap, as the crow flies. So if this episode is about him in the Darien Gap on his way to New Mexico, it would have to be a couple weeks in the future. And the only way he'd be able to survive it and traverse it would have to be with help from The Hive.
