And I didn’t even realize until this one that Carol’s cup de sac which is egregiously altered to exaggerate a circle has an equally exaggerated sewer cap circle in its dead center surrounded and within by a nonsensical concrete circle

I will say that the first 7 or 8 minutes of this episode to me are the finest of any of BB or BCS or this one when it comes to the geometry themes . Just a masterpiece. Lots of lines were in reflections off of things. It was so in your face over the top this opener. culminating in Carol getting to the top …THE PEAK…of the roof and the hive exodus departs on the wide shot of the highway Lines and off ramp Circles. Just incredible

-also the bar code lines from ep3 we’re back. Obviously

-there’s another thing I mentioned way back in ep 1 about the railroad lines when the two nerds who have never thrown a football were throwing a football. I thought that was inportant. But then it was crickets in the railroad lines for 4 episodes…

-until tonight….at Agri- Jet!

-there they were next to where Carol parked, baby! Wooooo

-and I f’n love the cliff hangar ending

-this guy isn’t going to cop out and we find out next episode that the cliffhanger is a nothing burger. The whole thing is about to ramp up into unexpected weirdsville

The only thing that sucks is we’re already down to 4 episodes left.

The clock over her shoulder at 2:23 in the hospital appears to be at 11:27.

I don't know what that means. But in a Saul episode, there was a clock at the Vet's office that corresponded to the Season-Episode, like S4 E11 so the clock showed 4:11. It wasn't 4 11, I don't remember what it was, but I do know that the times shown on clocks in the background are intentional.

-Also on the Biblical theme, remember back to the first time Zosia ever appeared on screen in this show. They show this person walking up the mountain in Jesus robe, with Jesus sandals, and the standard Jesus haircut. I was thing, what the heck man. She was made to look like Him before we realized it was a lady and she loaded some bodies and tore off on a scooter

-And then…..later…..when she goes into cardiac arrest and they show the rosetta stone petri dish overhead circle shot of her lying there as the infection surrounds her…..she is made to look like arms are spread out and shes on a cucifix

-this is crazy

Another thing I want to put on your radar, so that when it happens, you clinch your fist and raise it above your head thinking back to this post….

The whole deal of Carol failing to get the shotgun from backseat of cop car when she needed it, but then falling asleep and waking up and realizing all she had to do was press a little button to realease it was 100,000% a seed planted

Carol is going to use that shotgun on someone or something in the near future, so, ahead of time, they had to establish 1) that the gun exists 2) and that she knows how to access it and 3) and that she just proved she is willing to use it on something

If they hadnt done this now, it would seem goofy and unrealistic when she eventually pulls the gun on whatever it ends up being. It wouldve been like, wait, what, she had a gun the whole time.

And the whole reason they picked the cop car for her mode of transportation in the first place to replace the unicorn hood truck was because it would be a method for how Carol would come to obtain a weapon.

I had another theory - Carol obviously saw something at Agri-Jet that freaked her out

My theory was - her dead lovers body or the aliens body of the girl they said would be fine. I could be totally off base on that. I guess if the wolves were trying to dig the hole - that body would still be there.

Also had to theories about the Agatha Novel - I believe it's probably a reference to all the aliens abandoning Carol and no longer having any contact and or - a reference to the other 13 no longer being available - and possibly that's what she saw at the facility.


No one has responded to her packages - Carol isn't sure if her packages are even being sent but that also leaves a cliff hanger to see if anyone responds. I'll go back and try and catch the clock references.

Just thoughts

I don't think they ever said vegan, I think it was more like they won't kill a living animal to eat it, so maybe if it dies on its own, it is fair game.

You might be on to something.
