Beamer screwed himself by going for a two point conversion with 11 minutes left in the 3rd quarter. Should've just kicked it, but he wanted to see that tie score on the scoreboard. They could've run out the clock, but instead fumbled and probably lose in regulation.
I hope SCar doesn't fire Beamer. I'd rather deal with him than somebody potentially smarter.

It would have been do or die for Alabama the rest of the season and they would've had 2 atrocious losses on their resume. But now it looks like they'll cruise into the playoffs. College football is nutty.
