Time to settle in and watch these guys since we’ll be playing one of them.
Trying to figure out whether to go with the liquor drink(s) for this game or the brownie and vanilla ice cream. After last night not sure the liquor is a good idea.

Good point. I saw a YouTube vid on a brisket cook so I might do that regardless since it’ll be a Texas team. Guy smoked it over a higher heat and it was done in a reasonable time.
