He should not leave any more than you should unless of course that is his choice. One thing I have learned in 61 years of life if nothing else, is that every opinion, even the most radical or seemingly senseless, has something to offer even if it is the revelation of that with which you disagree.
If he hates this place so much, why does he stay? 90% of his posts are complaining about posters on here and him ending his posts with "...this place". Threads like this are an anomaly. He rarely voices an opinion of any sort and chastises people for theirs. It's not his views I disagree with. Personally I don't really care. It's the fact that he types out these long posts about how horrible this board is yet he keeps coming back. He's nothing more than an attention whore.

For starters, close every military base located on foreign soil. Then, end the program immediately........and use the hundreds of billions saved to pay off the remaining SS dependents. Problem solved.
Next?
For all those calling me out. The idiot you guys are defending think this is a fix for the Social Security problem. I learned something a long time ago. If you argue with idiots they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience. There is a reason I bowed out. The dumbest redneck on the planet resides here. I could take the time to call him out on every retarded thing he states but I have better things to do. Let the circle jerk of I hate the government, I don't vote, I don't participate in a rigged system melt continue.
Also, his fix for social security and im the fricking idiot. Holy shyt we really are dooomed.

They did ratify the bill of rights after the fact, which includes the 10th amendment which explicitly states that all powers not expressly granted to the federal government is reserved by the people and the states, respectively, or some such. When did that go awry? Lincoln?
It went awry almost immediately. This is the nature of power. That's what it does. It corrupts and it's reach spreads. Like fire…….
The first notable example would be John Adams' Alien and Sedition Acts that made it a CRIME to criticize the federal government. That's right. A crime!! Arrested an locked in a cage. For expressing an opinion.
And this from a supposed hero angel "founding father" that helped inspire and lead the american Revolution….and with the 1st and 10th amendments recently ratified and in full effect……..he ignored the law and made it illegal to criticize him as president, or the federal government, or etc in speech or in writing!
We all remember that one being taught in public school right?

Anyway, the good news was that this was early on in the experiment, and people actually bothered to be outraged by tyranny back then…….and these Acts didn’t last long. It was Thomas Jefferson and Madison that undermined them best through what went on to become “the Principles of ’98”……..which pointed to the 10th Amendment, and illustrated that the States had never granted to the federal government the power to make any laws prohibiting freedom of speech. And so, the states considered his law to be null and void.....and the yankee Adams had to realize defeat on that front.
Anyway, back to the point of your question...Yes, it went awry almost immediately. And then like you say, everything eventually got turned upside down permanently after the terrorist Abraham Lincoln’s evil invasion and massacre of the South……which flipped the tables and made the federal government the permanent master over the states instead of their servant, as was the original intention……………..when the States themselves through their people fricking created it. The 10th Amendment while still being 100% the law of the land is completely ignored and laughed at today by our masters.... AND the overwhelming majority of the fools/citizens they lord over.
Sad Times.

One of my favorite movies is The Outlaw Josey Wales. These quotes seem appropriate:
Lone Watie: I didn't surrender, but they took my horse and made him surrender. They have him pulling a wagon up in Kansas I bet.
Lone Watie: We thought about it for a long time, "Endeavor to persevere." And when we had thought about it long enough, we declared war on the Union.
Senator: The war's over. Our side won the war. Now we must busy ourselves winning the peace. And Fletcher, there's an old saying: To the victors belong the spoils.
Fletcher: There's another old saying, Senator: Don't piss down my back and tell me it's raining.
Lone Watie: Get Ready little lady.
Grandma Sarah: What?
Lone Watie: Hell is coming to breakfast.
