And the whole ESPN crew…every sports commentator I’ve heard….and just about everyone else that isn’t in this thread.

But what do they know about football…..

They know a lot, collectively, about football. They don't know as much about our team specifically.

JT has thrown the best deep balls of any GA QB I’ve seen. Idk how anyone can forget that.

I’ll tell ya this. There’s that one what appears to be grad assistant that JT seems to be chatting with the entire game, every game. Would love to know what that conversation sounds like.

Agree-ish. They do, yet if they aren’t calling out games consistently they tend to look at stats and highlights. Example is McElroy waxing poetic about Stetson’s vision and ability to check in and out of the right plays, which in my opinion are 2 things he’s not great at.

He habitually underthrew deep balls. I don't know how anyone missed that.

Huh?

He consistently threw short on long balls and openly talked about throwing jump balls to Pickens. Brooks Austin did an hour film study on his inaccuracy on long balls due to poor mechanics.

I admit he’s a better passer but let’s don’t turn him into Tom Brady.

Would love to see Zero to Negative yardage in the 2nd half against the run.

I’ve watched GA football for a long time and we’ve never had a potent passing game like we had when JT came in the second half of last year. If was very refreshing and he was deadly accurate with the deep ball. I used to cringe when a GA QB threw a ball like that, but he got me so comfortable that I knew it was going to get caught almost every time.
