But Smart has proven to be arguably the best recruiter in the country be it high school, juco, grad transfers.

Time to turn that offensive recruiting into points. Defense is elite. Hopefully this is start of the offense getting there.

Kirby has proven he is an excellent recruiter and defensive and fundamentals coach.
These are all things that we already knew about him coming from Alabama.
His game day decision making, clock management, and ability to make in game adjustments still need to keep improving.

Agree. IMO Kirby needs to hire an elite OC and give him the reigns.

He can recruit and coach D at an elite level. He needs to leave the offense in the hands of competent assistant. I’m pro-Kirby for the record.

Can’t imagine who in the world would downvote this. Even if one says give Coley more time, they would HAVE to acknowledge there are far better choices out there.
