I have a really random dumb question concerning downtown parking

So I already have an unpaid parking ticket from the South Carolina game for parking downtown and not keeping the meter full (why would I?). So, if I reuse the orange slip and throw it on my windshield am I prone to another ticket regardless?

Even if you kept it full, you'd get a ticket. The limit is the limit, if you come back and add time to the meter, the fine is actually higher. You have to move your car to another spot.
Just park in the god damn parking deck.
