How do we adjust for tonight?

We pattern match to stop the passing game but Bama and UF have done a good job of motioning once and even twice to put us in a tough spot. What we going to do to stop MSU's air raid offense? Drop 8 like UK? Bring 4-5 each time to bring pressure?

Lsu is the only team to play them man and got obliterated. Literally every game since has played zone and made msu the worst offense in the league. I would assume it's obvious from film what we need to do

I'm pretty sure that's what UK did. Dropped 8 and picked off 6. Hoping we can replicate that.

When the offense is slipping the back out can't you negate that by bringing pressure to occupy the back? Bringing pressure against Trask finally slowed them down. Not sure why we haven't been more aggressive blitz wise. I get they are getting the ball out quick, but still.

Lining up on the LOS can’t hurt. Just try it a few times. Rushing 3 may be the key bet so far those three have to take 2 steps to go to the LOS when the ball is snapped.
