He just has a feeling. Real world data is for the non-believers, and not to be trusted.

A) If LSU wins, it will be a very close game.
B) 1 loss defending champion. Been in the top spot half the year or so does not drop all the way out in a close loss.

UGA would be ahead of every 1 loss team in the country. Even if some of those teams have a conf championship.

It is not fact. But I believe it to be so. Just as last year, many screamed their heads off that we wouldn't make the top 4. It was never in doubt. Neither is this.

I agree. The conference title is only a tie breaker for teams who are perceived by the committee to be equal to each other.

On the topic of the coming 12 team playoff disaster, has anyone thought to consider how they are going to get two rounds with 4 games each in on a Saturday ?

Assuming they play all four games on Saturdays instead of playing one on a Friday night or something, they’re going to have to have two games on simultaneously on different channels where you can’t even watch one of them.

And if they opt to do one Friday night playoff game, is that really what people want? Also what are they going to do about the nfl schedule that usually starts playing Saturdays once college ball hibernates?
