Bought some property in Shellmans (McIntosh County) this summer & looking at selling a portion of it. Any recs on agents down there or would you list it up north ?

I haven't put the first camera out brother. Hunted last Saturday & saw couple of young deer & haven't been back in the woods. I've been catching the shite out of some shrimp this month though.

Send it on. I've damn near quit deer hunting and just fish in/off shore. I've been eating pretty good too. It's a 2.5 hr drive for me but I've enjoyed the hell out of it.

I’ve got a retired real estate friend that lives at Sutherland Bluff. Let me check with them.

Where is it exactly and what are you looking to do?

Check out Harris Real Estate and Gerald Sellers in McIntosh County. He has lived in the area for more than a decade and knows everybody.

They're in Sutherland Bluff. I bought 3 lots to buy it down a little and didn't need but one. Bought em from one of the original developers & just wanted a little direction on realestate folks down there.

Howdy neighbor - I've got property in S.B.P. as well.

What are you catching from land? I haven't been catching too much from the dock ...

I've caught some trout & flounder lately. Mostly putting out crap pots & throwing the shrimp net
