I believe that Kirby was on the field during the closing minutes of the 1995 game when UF came into Athens and Spurrier called a trick play with a pass to score so that he could say he was the first coach to score 50 in Sanford Stadium. I also read that Kirby is the player who got beat for that score.
If true, I am sure that's all the motivation he needs to whip UF's arse.

Yea, I saw his post-game presser. He was clearly shocked, I thought, that his team got out-played and out-hit. Their inability to put pressure on Fromm really chapped his butt.

The television told me Kirby is 10-0 against Mullen as a HC/DC so you know that eats at him.
I've run into him a couple times in Greensboro. Should've Tonya Hardinged him when I had the chance. You'd think a guy who hates GA that much would stay the frick out of the state.
