Dawgs have won 8 of 10 and 14 of 20. With the competitiveness of the series, it’s hard to believe that UGA has dominated so thoroughly lately. Can’t root for Auburn, but an Iron Bowl win will probably win Gustavo some more time. So war................, no, just can’t.

I generally dont' pull for auburn at all (unless they're playing UF or UT) but honestly it's jsut gotten so tiresome seeing bama win so much so often year after year. They haven't lost more than once in the regular season in 9 years! I wouldnt' say I'm PULLING for auburn, but i'm not gonna be irritated if they win. I wouldn't think that if they'd have more success against us lately but with us ownign the series I don't really mind them getting this one.

In an odd case, I will actually pull for Auburn in that one.

Don't want to give the playoffs committee any reason.

I expect Bama to win this game even without Tua but it should be a good close game.
I can't pull for Auburn, but Auburn winning would help our strength of schedule.

our strength of schedule is irrelevant though IMO. If we win out we're in, if we drop one we're out. Schedule doesn't really play into it at this point.

Fun Fact, in the last 15 games both AU and GT have beaten us 3 times....so they are a bottom dwelling ACC team now

An auburn win keeps 2 loss bama from backing in over us if we don’t beat LSU. If we don’t make it and bama makes it that another gut punch for us. Penalized for playing a championship game that they didn’t make it to.

I hate to break this to you but if we lose to LSU we have a less than 0% chance of going anyway. Furthermore bama even at 1-loss has an extremely minute chance (actually, 0% chance) of going unless there are multiple P5 conferences taht have champions with 2 losses. Very unlikely.

Hate to break what to me?
I said IF we lose they have a chance of backing in over us.
Correct me if I’m wrong but didn’t a 1 loss bama team who didn’t play for seccg make the playoffs two years ago?
They have a chance.

I misunderstood you at first so my apologies there..

but you're very incorrect on this. Yes they did go in 17 after not playing in the SECCG, but as has bene pointed out roughly 500 times in the last month the ONLY reason they did so is because ohio state had 2 losses. Ditto OSU going in 16 despite PSU winnign the league and beating OSU head ot head (bc they had 2 losses).

No non-champion has ever made the playoffs over a conference champion with less than 2 losses. Ever. Sooo..unless the big 12 and pac 12 champions both have 2 losses bama is done even if they beat auburn.

That was without a 1 loss pac 12 champ and an Ohio st with a bad loss. Do you expect both to happen this year?
