It is just a follow-up from the rape kit distributions on October 10th. Crossing state lines gets the feds involved.

I was making a joke.
See, on Oct 10 we raped Tennessee, see? So rape kits were distributed, and presumably tested positive for our DNA and whatnot, but since they crossed state lines, the feds, see, the feds are involved, so it's really funny, see?

Improper benefits to current players and to some recruits. If I'm remembering correctly they gave Mauer or another qb a credit card to show a few of the recruits a good time. One of those recruits is Mims who just signed with us.
