Looks pretty great on paper.
Just led the USC women’s team to the 2021 Outdoor National title and had the Men’s team finish top 5. Has won 2 national titles in Women’s Outdoor, had Men’s team finish as high as second in Indoor and consistently finish top 5 last few years.

Seems like he could start to change the temperature in the room with a solid softball hire. He has already alluded to a new indoor tennis complex but if he makes a commitment to address facilities for baseball, softball, and track on top of that, I may downright like the guy in short order
