Schottenheimer was an underwhelming hire in the first place. Richt needs to go on with him.

Who's talking AFTER the fact? Schottenheimer's offenses rose above the midway mark in the NFL like once and otherwise were in the bottom half in terms of production - if my memory serves me correctly. Just because a lot on this board went giddy with "Squattenheimer" posts doesn't mean there weren't people scratching their heads about the hire, including Jets & Rams fans. And yes making a foreseeable detrimental hire that hurts the business does fall squarely upon ths CEO.

Our defense has been on the field too much but we lost to UT before the half. If they were unable to stop UT on 4 the down twice in the first half because they were tired they are in worse shape than me. That argument does not hold after.......
