No, it didn't help us at all. Sure it looks nice, but if we beat ULM that weekend instead of ND we're still in the playoffs as a 12-1 SEC champ that avenged their only loss. Winning that game didn't help us at all, losing that game would have posed a real potential threat of keeping us out of the playoffs even as the SEC champ.
