RB is way different from the other two from a $ perspective, so this has a better chance of sticking.

Isn’t it all kinda relative to what kind of funds are available to each team? If we’re not going to over pay then that’s going to go for kicker, rb, qb, etc

Sort of, but the marginal difference in an “over pay” situation is likely less.

If Oregon comes in and offers a 50% raise on a $400k offer ($200k increase) for a rb, I think UGA has a better chance to hang on to him than they would for a 50% raise on a $1m QB offer ($500k).

That depends on the kid and family in both cases, obviously.

Georgia really hasn’t had any problem signing or retaining “non-premium” positions. RB would qualify.

My wife went to Alcoa High back in the 80s. Her brother owns the house they grew up on off Louisville Rd.. About 1/4 mile from Green Meadows CC.

We are practically neighbors. As a crow flies I’m about 2 miles from Green Meadows.

The new street taco restaurant in the convenience store in Rockford is elite. I wouuld eat there at least 10 times a month if I lived there.

This is also what I'm thinking/hoping. If you look at the positions that are least likely to be drafted in the first round of the NFL draft (linebacker especially), those are where we're least likely to get outbid.

But then again Spell is the highest-rated running back in the composite rankings in the last 10 years and the second-highest since 2009, so who's to say someone like Texas Tech doesn't go full retard and flip him at the last minute.

The company I work for has an office in that area. I play at Egwani Farms a lot when I am there for meetings.
