I promise you I saw that fake punt from a mile away. WVU's D had NO answer for Shockdawg, short passes, runs, handoffs, and play action. Richrod knew they were done if we received the ball back. The only person that didn't see it was Ole Richty. I cannot remember WVU's ranking in that game but I think they were pretty high and no pushover so, I think a Cardinal team that back ended into the Sugar bolw and blasted out Muschump's boys deserve a lot of credit. That's coaching!

We need to wait and see how this Louisville team turns out. WVU after beating us were in the national title talks the three years Pat White and Steve Slaton were there so it isn't like UGA played a bad team.

The first quarter of that game was beyond embarrassing. Two turnovers led directly to WVU touchdowns, the defense was completely unprepared (one of many in the Martinez DC era) and in the blink of an eye they were up 28-0.

But the team showed a lot of heart in fighting back and nearly pulled off a comeback win. We just dug ourselves in too big of a hole. It wasn't close to the embarrassments of the UCF and Boise games.
