I took the "one of these days Kirby will finally cover in a game like this so why not today DAMMIT" approach and it finally worked!

Good on you.
That is a tough bet to lay knowing Kirby.
That's got to be a good feeling

Anytime you bet is stupid. But I felt as if there were three things working for Georgia and the points.
- In the NIL era and keeping players happy, Kirby's gradually been changing his strategy in blowouts and not completely sitting on the ball in the second half like he used to.
- Georgia had fewer question marks coming into this season and more cohesion than the last few years.
- Tennessee State would be one of the worst teams to play in Sanford Stadium in years.

I was worried about a running clock.
But you nailed how bad tsu is. They struggled awful last week against a bad fcs.

South carolina shortened the 4th quarter by 5 minutes. Do that and a running clock and keeping the ball on the ground 1st and 2nd down (and most third downs) is how we don't break the spread against bad teams.
