Scholarship Limits for 2025 and Beyond

Were scholarship limits raised to 105 in 2025? I thought that they were, but if I remember correctly, the per class limit was not raised.
If I am correct, that would put an emphasis on retention.
Someone, help me out, please.

That is absurd. Why would they put the SEC at a disadvantage?
A higher limit is needed for a longer schedule.
