Out of the 12 games in the 2009 regular season, A&M could only be seen FOUR TIMES without a premium sports package subscription and only SIX TIMES with one. The Big 12 violated its own contract by not making any effort to get A&M televised on ABC.

We are now in a media rights realm where it seems unfathomable that ANY power 5 member would have so few games televised... The fact that an A&M/Tech game would ever not be televised is ridiculously dumb, but now that we are an SEC team, I think the days of Tech not being televised are closer than the days of A&M not being televised. And that's the way it should be.
