So Sam, we’re down 30-3 at half and my Bp is spiking so I say frick it and jump on the treadmill to unwind myself
We start scoring and I’m like “frick I’ve got to stay on the treadmill and I can’t do anything to break whatever magic is happening”
As Marcel kneels to run out the clock I step off the treadmill soaked in sweat…..cause I was wearing jeans when I got on it

I’m so sore right now
Ran a 10k that I didn’t prepare for and that my out of shape self wasn’t ready for, and I did it in jeans
