Just kidding about the Aggie Nation part. I have no idea how that entered our lexicon.

It's never been a better time to be an Aggie. May the year 2013 outlive the expectations that 2012 has created.

Oh, and BTHO !

If you expect much from either Aggie Baseball (lost too much from last season) or Aggie Basketball (Vanilla Melvin is still the coach), then I don't know what to tell you.

Leave your Battered Aggie Syndrome behind as we enter the new year.

I was referencing our football team. As far as I'm concerned, it's still football season. It's cotton-picking time, and I believe we'll finally end the jinx in Jerry World.

As for basketball, let's just say that I'm coming around to your position. But that's for another time, another thread.

As for baseball, I have low expectations for our team due to the draft. This isn't helped by the fact that the SEC is a power conference in the sport.

I still think we can make a regional in baseball. Not a lofty goal by any means but I'd be happy with that and who knows what happens if we get in

Pull the razor away from your wrist dude. Some of us are still enjoying the fact that we're a football school again. Baseball and, to a much lesser extent, basketball were important when I was a student and could go to games, but a good football season outweighs all that.

Unless you're Artie McFerrin or one of the handful of other BMAs who got hoodwinked by Byrne's building champions bullshite, I don't see why you insist on the daily negativity.
