A few days ago I spoke to rep with Capital One Bowl. SEC is on east side (same side as sec 109).
Tickete City has tickets... think they are advertiser on this site. Grabbed 2 seats early this morning on Ticketmaster for $97 each on 4th row, Section 312. Pretty decent seats around the 15.
Still a few hundred upper deck sideline seats left on Ticketmaster at less than $100.

Ticket City is a tsip run company. I won't use them. Stub Hub takes a smaller cut anyway.
