I said absolutely not. It’s just not who we are at all as a football program. No way.”
Tennessee called off the dogs as much as they ever have under Josh Heupel in the second half. The Vols went straight to third string quarterback Jake Merklinger to open the half and also played quarterbacks Navy Shuler and Ryan Damron.

I hope and believe if UT starts strong it will never be close. I fear what could happen if the Vols get behind early.

I hope so. I hope Okie does get the ball 1st. The D will be fired up for them. I guess my BVS is still holding out because I need to see them win in a hostile night game against a good team. And Okie is good. Their QB was higher rated than Nico, they are loaded with talent everywhere and they get some key guys back.
Right now their Oline is making them look significantly worse than they are and if they get guys back and in game form they can make a game of it. If their Oline is not ready it will be a bloodbath.
