What if Dooley goes 7-5, but manages to haul in an absolute monster class. Consensus top 5. I'm talking every big name being thrown around right now.
Lawson, Hatcher, Green, North, Bell...
You more incined to keep him around, or is it way too little too late?

Depends on who goes pro to me. If Bray, Hunter, and Patterson leave then we're going to suck next year regardless

7-5 and he needs to go.
8-4 and he hauls in a monster class, then he is 100% safe in my book.

No way at all he should survive 7-5. Just hope the next guy keeps the class together.

How is it even possible to get a monster recruiting class while being only 7-5? Magic?

It's like the economic models that presume one factor can change while everything else stays constant. Basically for conversational purposes with zero real world applications

well, there are ways to do it, but you could get caught
But seriously, Dooley needs to win 9 games to keep the fans from going crazy, and to get a very good recruiting class.
