He needs a top flight OC, Tee on the staff, and Fulmer to stay the frick out of it. I am happy with the hire under the circumstances but as a UT fan that watched the 90's and the aftermath I will wait and see.

If he doesn't come home without being OC then so be it, his recruiting would be welcomed in another roll.

Tee isn't happening, but I'm excited/optimistic about the hire. I'll probably take the wait and see approach though until we start to bear fruit.
