What he said plus the ADs establishment that seems to be eating our athletics alive from inside with a losing mentality
For instance, im not sure how much athletic dept turnover has happened since 2008 but we will have had 3 Directors since then. The ppl who are in place have not produced and it's time for new ones, who is that exactly? Idk and that's why I'm not the next AD but hopefully whoevere it is has the wisdom to put the proper ppl in place for our future success, whether that involves head coaches, assistant coaches, or the lesser known employees inside the AD.
The problem has existed across baseball, basketball (possibly headed the right way), and football for more than 5 years now and the part us fans never pay attention to are the internal AD employees themselves. We have no idea how much they are contributing to the problem but they sure haven't produced I know that
