I truly think that Carter will be a HUGE addition to our secondary, but I don't think it'll be this year. I tend to agree with what they were saying on the sports animal when they said that he will only be able to cover 60% of the time.

They have a couple of games to figure out the star position. I would like to see him get that early but limited playing time.
