There won't be many regular fans at all selling them. You'll see a few scalpers around but they'll be asking absurd prices. Not to mention for a big game like Alabama-LSU (I assume that's the one you're asking about) you'll have to be careful of fakes. I'd advise avoiding trying to find them on gameday, they'll be hard to come by and you'll overpay if you do come across some.

To reiterate what Papa said, the LSU game is probably the one game you might as well suck it up and pay for the real deal on stubhub on eBay... Too many fakes.

If you're still feeling ballsy, I'd suggest walking through the Quad 90 minutes before kickoff, and buying from either a licensed scalper, or, a fan on the quad with tickets in the air at a tailgate.

If it looks shady, avoid it. The premium for tickets on stubhub might be 75 dollars more a piece, but that's peanuts compared to the costs associated with making a weekend out of it.

All good advice. Mostly scalpers asking absurd prices

BTW it will be worth paying every penny to see us win in that stadium. It was worth it in 2011

I've never had a problem finding them when I needed to. Just use common sense and don't buy from someone shady. I usually walk around near the stadium about 30-45 minutes before kickoff and find them. As the day goes on, the prices drop. If you're patient and in the right place at the right time, you could find some for face. But I also have the mindset that I'm fine NOT going to the game. Plenty of places around the stadium to watch it on TV.

FWIW, prices have been dropping on StubHub all week. They were starting at $175 on Monday and they're down to starting at $125.

OP could venture to the LSU ticket exchange and find some for face. I've seen a few sale for that this week, morale and demand from LSU folks took a hit after Ole Miss.

Foudn 2 on the 10 yard line, 20 rows up, lower bowl, about 30 minutes before kick for $75 each.
