Players typically don’t decommit before the draft even if they plan on going pro

In fact they need big time program commitment as leverage for pro contract negotiations

The 2026 MLB draft is in 23 months. Nobody knows who’s going to end up signing and the rankings right now don’t mean much

Absolutely. For him, where he sign-up to play college baseball is important
