Was Arnold in that group that

"Two weeks ago, Arnold was in Athens to spend time on Georgia's campus with Bogart (Ga.) Prince Avenue Christian five-star quarterback and Georgia commitment Brock Vandagriff, Cochran (Ga.) Bleckley County five-star offensive tackle Amarius Mims, Houma (La.) Terrebonne five-star defensive tackle Maason Smith, Georgia running back commitment Lovasea Carroll, Niceville (Fla.) IMG Academy Top 100 linebacker Xavian Sorey, and Corona (Calif.) Centennial five-star Korey Foreman. Arnold says without any coaching contact, the visit provides an unfiltered experience.

"It is different, you really kind of have to find your liking to the campus," Arnold said. "It's really no gimmicks - like the coaches can't make it seem like it's not really real life so you kind of get to see what it's like.""

He was. This is what he had to say about his time there. "Two weeks ago, Arnold was in Athens to spend time on Georgia's campus with Bogart (Ga.) I didn't think so, but was not sure. I think Peter misunderstood the quote I highlighted when he said Arnold did not feel like a priority.
Basically he said didnt feel like a priority on that day maybe u had a bunch of guys idk

There was a bunch of guys there the day Arnold visited, but coaches could not be there anyway.

Thanks, atlgator.

I am not digging at Peter, btw, just trying to clarify.

Your reading comprehension is terrible. Coaches can’t host players anywhere right now.

I’ve heard we’re (We being UF) trending in the right direction with Arnold.

UF and UGA have to make up A LOT of ground to catch up with Bama for Arnold and Sorey.

That’s not what the UF side has been hearing at all. Regarding both guys.

Who exactly are you referring to by "the UF side"? And what exactly are they hearing and who are they hearing it from?

Reporters and insiders from UF are confident that Florida has been trending for both Sorey and Arnold lately. I’m not claiming I’m the insider so I don’t know exactly what they’re hearing and who they’re hearing it from, I just know that the information they’ve trickled on those two guys is that they’re both Florida-Bama battles and Florida leads for both.

The totality of them, rivals, and other Florida reporters not associated with 247 or Rivals. Why?

Since you're "hearing" (reading) that UF leads, I was naturally curious about who's stating that. Have any of the UF recruiting reporters actually quoted Arnold (or Sorey) stating that Florida is his leader?

Last interview that I saw on Sept 4th had this quote on official visits:

"Florida and Georgia," Arnold said. "My relationship with Kirby Smart - he calls me every other day. My relationship with Dan Mullen and Coach English. Great schools and they are pushing for me very hard."

Thanks. I recall reading that article.

So far, it appears the claim that Florida leads for Arnold might be an assumption made by UF recruiting reporters and fans. I haven't seen anyone provide any evidence that it's true. I'll hang up and keep a lookout for it.
