New recruiting style

Does anyone not pay as much attention to recruiting since the players are able to transfer so easily? Of course I’m going to keep up with it but it’s lost its luster and excitement from me.

Yes and how ON3 has the NIL value on each recruit makes me not enjoy recruiting as much anymore
