I've missed most of this thread today. Did anyone see the details of Ed Rays signing?

You obviously didn't read whole story... it wasn't just a matter of 'well, I wonder who he's going to pick come signing day?' If that had been the case, do you think the Hog coaches would have been admittedly 'shocked' and pissed off? No, they would have just chalked it up to coming in second. That happens sometimes. Razorback players tweets were pretty incredulous as well. Cobi's was deleted.

Still no evidence, nada, nothing but rumors from "insiders" that are covering their tracks by slamming an upstanding an honorable family and a very humble teenager.
I'm not arguing the point anymore. You make yourself look foolish, no need for me to help.

Mizzous coaches found out that Ed Ray had flipped the same way we did.

Hearing Ray was a complete blindside to the staff. They had zero idea he flipped.
He was a pretty substantial qualifier problem but the staff was going to stick with him because we had schollies and it looked like he was going to have to head to JUCO anyway.
Looks like aTm flipped him and rumor is he will prob end up at Blinn CC and then transfer to aTm.

If you want to talk about getting played then this is the scenario to do it. Not when one recruit doesnt chose the school when the staff felt confident.

He never commited to arky silently or publicly. I think the trust and relationship with the coaching staff was a deciding factor.

You still don't get it, do you. (that's not a question) The staff was more than just 'confident'.
ETA: Sorry if your staff got played by one in an unprofessional manner as well with this 'Ray' guy. Sucks for y'all too. Hope you hadn't told someone else you didn't have room because of him.

side note: got a good laugh today after the announcement when my dad (Mizzou fan) texted me a picture of himelf wearing a Mizzou hat with a Hogs hat laying on the table next to him.

Not butthurt over DGB signing with MO. More butthurt over missing out on another 4* receiver because of being played. We will be fine without DGB or the other one, but would have liked to had one of them.

The thing that sucks for arky is the way the beckams played the whole thing out, it cost them Williams who went to ucla.
