Yeah, and the problem there is that THEY ALREADY HAVE BEEN EVALUATED and then get a bump
Like I said, you're just not getting it.
You think everything is about UGA (shocker there, UGA fans never do that) when really its about why its happening and how the fact that it does happen is a knock against the sites and ranking systems as a whole. BUT also that the ranking systems are meaningful from a perception standpoint.

But they should. I mean, in the course of a year...in between junior and senior seasons...a player grows in height, weight, gets faster (or slower if they put on bad weight)...
