Looking at the team rankings for 2022....

Penn State on top right now, no big deal because it's August. But, what's interesting is that they've got 24 verbal's right now. Are they really basically done? Wow.

Probably not. Usually some kids will change their mind, they’ll change their mind on some kids and some may get processed for bigger prospects.

They had a shitty class last year and are recruiting really well.
Penn state has momentum right now, so franklin is seizing it.
Smart if you ask me. They will probably end in the top 5.

There are 9 teams with a higher recruiting average. Nothing special about their class, just a lot more commitments.
