You must commend them for that. But Man - they HATE what has happened to them.

Problem is - even if they get in the 4 team - which they probably will. Could even win it. But its a Boise route. The fans get no fun at all during the season. The biggest game for the season at the 40 is Ole Miss. No offense to Ole Miss - I love Ole Miss. But to be your premier game. They are pissed. The whole city of Austin lost its home town football.

Thats a big damn deal.

As of a few days ago he was on the Texas campus meeting for hours with Mack and the coaches who were pressing him hard for a commit. All indications he was going to but he decided to check out A&M as well. Once he was on the A&M campus he shifted and committed just a couple days later.

Texas always does this, they refuse to acknowledge how much A&M has been killing them in recruiting. Mack is desperately trying to keep up the myth that Texas still is king, he is now going after lower and lower rated recruits as well because he knows so many are not interested in Texas. It's pathetic.
