Can we all agree that there will be a meltdown of epic proportions if we flip Peters or Lewis (orrrrrrr both)

It's been so long since LSU was relevant, I can't tell you how few shits I give about 5-10 years ago.

INBRED!
This evidence, supporting the theory that 50% of Louisiana can't count to 15, is more substantial than any supporting that Peters will even visit LSU.

The best season in your Universities history equaled NOTHINGNESS!
The only thing Peters can look forward to playing at state is trying to upset the other teams homecoming.

Well, he's pretty much guaranteed to beat LSU at least next year.
After that he has to live with playing for a coach who produced a Thorpe winner and a Pro Bowler in the secondary, in the last 3 years.
He will have the challenge of playing behind a LB system that produced 3 Linebackers in this years Super Bowl, and a 1st round draft pick this year.
Then there is the glaring disability of his defensive line, made up of 4 and 5 star recruits. Not to mention the probable first round pick for that group this year (Preston Smith). Or the fact that Mullen has produced 2 DL's better than any LSU has in the league currently in Pernell McPhee and Fletcher Cox. Hell, Josh Boyd is a crucial part of the Packers line and he's generally considered the weakest of those 3.
Yeah, definitely wouldn't want to play safety for State.

I feel sorry for your arse hats. Sitting around thinking about how good shite should be, and was, has to be horrible.

So OM fans can go 7-6 and then 8-5 under freezus and wont shut up about the rise of the program but when LSU has an 8-5 season, will still have a monster recruiting class you site "tdecline"??? Care to elaborate?

Question? Do you all count your egg bowl wins in your bowl records?
I can see the coaching staffs now, "Jamal I can guarantee you a bowl game every year you're here"

How many 1st rounders are you going to have this year?
Also, I count 17 of our guys currently playing on Sundays that graduated in the last 5 years. Not guys that were picked up, guys who are currently on active rosters.
Right now we are projected to put at least 6-7 into the draft this year, two will be in the first round.
ETA: All of this ignored, if your statement was accurate, how shitty does that feel? You aren't even in the same discussion with us this year and you supposedly, according to you, have monumentally superior talent and coaching.
It's amazing you frickers claim to have damn near full rosters of NFL talent and currently can't compete with the top of the division.

You do know the first round is only 32 picks right and not 80 lol. You find me a mock draft with a state player in the first round and we'll call it a day how bout that

McKinney is projected to go 10-18 in most drafts and Preston Smith is projected 26-32.
