And many of you clowns thought Texas was going to be ‘bottom feeders’ in this modern day SEC not fully understanding our NIL powerhouse potential.

Herman wasn’t a great head coach, but he recruited very well. Sark walked into a much better position with the roster.
Sark inherited a few great players, and a lot of good players that weren't being developed, and no top tier QB's. They got embarrassed in Fayetteville, because Sark did not understand the depth of passion that Arkansas had for Texas,
Texas always recruits well. We're Texas.
Strong & Herman's reputations were a facade built on the talents of Teddy Bridgewater & Case Keenum. They were mediocre coaches, and brought their less than mediocre G5 assistants (Louisville & Houston) with them to Austin.
Sark was groomed by Pete Carroll and Nick Saban, and their attention to detail. He brought Saban's assistant coaches with him to Austin. Kyle Flood is one of the best OL coaches in football, and is getting the guys he wants, regardless of * ratings. You're seeing the results.
Sark never coached with Pete Kwiatkowski, but he hired him from Washington as his DC because PK's defenses throttled Sark's offense.
PK hired Kenny Baker to replace Bo Davis. Baker is a much better recruiter, and has coached up Davis' under-developed players into team captains and NFL starters and draft choices.
Texas + Sark's offense + top coordinators and position coaches + NIL ...
me likey.
