Well, the fact is that the OP wasn't asking you to list every slim possibility, he was asking for the highest rated uncommitted recruit that your school WILL land. In your opinion sure, but I think you know better than to think Thompson is not a longshot.
Thompson is a kind of recruit for Auburn.

I don't think anybody has mentioned Jeff Holland for Auburn and I believe we might lead for him after A-Day. If Auburn gets him, Georgia can have Roquan Smith
Pretty sure you guys do lead for Holland, but Gibson is rated much higher and don't you also feel you have a shot at Payne?
Also, thanks for the offer, but we'll be taking Roquan regardless.

Jamal Peters or Malik Dear. There's an off chance we might be able to flip Leo Lewis as well but we'll need a lot more commits whispering in his ear and we haven't locked down a lot of the kids we need to.

Yes. In the end, I believe it will be a UF/FSU battle.

Yeah, he is going to be a pain in the arse to follow. Jeff is going to be the type of kid that silents to 3-4 schools, then takes all OV's and has everyone confident going into his announcement. I know UF fans feel like UF leads, contrary to what he tells the media, but AU fans feel good about him as well. Other schools will start to feel good about him as the process wears on as well. This one will be more annoying than anything going down the stretch.

I think we steal Travis Waller (158 Composite) from those western schools. Call it blind, and possibly dumbassed, faith.

I don't think so. I know he gets a bunch of attention, but he is serious about football.

Yeah but that has nothing to do with playing the recruiting game. Most of these kids are serious about football haha.
