Is the pwo transfer a loophole in scholarship recruiting?
Any kid who officially visits is not eligible for pwo out of high school. He hits the initial 25 counter and 85 max.
But a transfer from the portal with no official visit? NIL the money for tuition and boarding keep the guy off the 25 counter as a PWO.

Moving forward it could definitely be a loophole using NIL and the right company to get around the 25 and 85 rules.
There are a lot of restrictions on walk ons with team meals and team functions, so I doubt you do this with a starter or backups. Might be an interest workaround on all of the (insert color here) shirt stuff going on.
The PWO for UF is very unlikely to see the field. Blades is battling another transfer Jadarrius Perkins and Jason Marshall for the starting CB spot opposite Elam
