Florida's recruiting would have been scary had they hired someone like Napier or tried to poach Cristobal. I am glad they didn't.
The OC hire is really puzzling- its not like he's even an elite X&O coach, and given that McElwain is probably going to call most of the stuff himself as we transition to the spread/pro style hybrid he runs you would think he could and would have gone with a recruiter.
Also, he can't really "win on the field first" Muschamp decimated the team he needs a big class this season so if he goes through a rough year which seems likely he can weather the storm-- last season was the year Florida was built for a run at the SEC title, this year was always going to be more of a re-building year but the moron couldn't win with a line that had all but one starter drafted and a 3rd round RB to go along with a dominant defense.

If Hugh Freeze can take the 2-10 clusterfrick that Houston Nutt left him and get bowl eligible the next year, there is no excuse for any coach really. Especially one in the East.

Have you seen the offensive talent returning to UF? Except for RB, they have no talent. UF will be back, but not this year.

Demarcus Robinson will be one of the best WR in the SEC again this year. He was top 5 in most categories last year, he was just inconsistent.
