Cornwell is just better than Hansen. Period.
I don't care if he goes to fricking North Carolina A&T.
I gave Hackenberg all the credit in the world after he chose Penn State. I'll do the same for Cornwell if he chooses to go elsewhere.
I evaluate the player based on their skill, not based on where they commit.

I'm still confused how Hansen is anything... and I mean anything like Manziel in high school.

"I evaluate.."

Take into account Hansen isn't a SR in HS yet..pretty similar numbers if you ask me.
Hansen's HS JR stats: 3,079 Pass Yards; 773 Rush Yards, 36 Pass TD's...14 Rush TD's
Manziel's JR stats: 2782 Pass Yards; 19 TD's 1500 Rush Yards; 33 TD's

Derrick Henry had 5000 rushing yards his senior in high school does that mean he is going to be the best all time.. In high school they look at potential and base the rankings off that

For one statistics shouldn't be used to describe similarity in play. However even ignoring their differing styles of play and focusing only on their numbers Hansen is used as a passer which can run (36 pass, 14 rush TDs) while Manziel has been used as a runner (19 pass, 33 rush TDs). That is a huge difference.
When you take into consideration their highlight films it only supports this as they do not appear anything alike.

Oh, do you?
Seeing as my opinion is shared by just about everyone on this board and all the national analysts, I'd say I'm pretty spot on.
You, on the other hand...

All Bob Stoops has to say is.."David, we'd like to offer you a scholarship, now i know you like Alabama but i'd just like to say that i'm 2-0 against the gumps
Saban is 1-0 against Stoops, care to discuss that?

No, he wants to continue to gloat about how Stoops is 2-0 against Mike Shula.

We signed a pretty good QB last year. Not a 5 star, but high 4.

However I want you to know that I am in the process of starting a petition to not allow 'bama to sign Cornwell. Saban is dominate with an above average Qb, now how would it be fair if they had someone that most (excluding ou fans that passed on him because "he's overrated") consider an elite prospect.
