When it comes to pay sites, I'm really only familiar with Otis and only because he's been doing it for so long.

Danny is much better. Otis is beyond lazy. If he spent as much time working as he does complaining then he might actually be able to build that site. Instead it is extremely slow with very little content. He just puts out his one story a day, which must be their quota, and collects his paycheck.
If Shannon or Barton gave a damn about actually building up the Arkansas site then they would give it to Danny or maybe bring in Ryan Wright who busts his arse on his recruiting blog. Either would be leaps and bounds better than what they have now.
